After experiencing firsthand how much relief a TENS machine can offer, I purchased a suite of TENS machines, ready to launch a business as my postpartum side hustle. That didn’t quite happen, and life got in the way.

Throw in a full-time job, selling up in New Zealand and relocating us to Hervey Bay, it’s taken me a while to get Birth and Baby up and running.

Fast forward, and here we are, now I get to help other mums-to-be feel more in control and hopefully shave a few hours off their “labour feels like forever” story.

Because if there’s one thing I know for sure: in labour, every little bit of relief helps — and TENS delivers.
