I started Birth & Baby after becoming a mum myself. I know first hand that motherhood is beautiful, overwhelming, lonely, empowering, and everything in between.

And I know, we’re not meant to walk this path alone. I am a firm believer that the weight of motherhood is made so much lighter when it’s shared.

Birth & Baby grew from that place — a desire to make sure no mum ever feels like she has to do this alone.
