Our protocol includes:

• Functionality testing of all modes and buttons

• Visual inspection for wear or damage

• Packing with brand‑new, sealed electrode pads

• Inclusion of fresh batteries

• Placement into a clean, sealed pouch

No machine is released for hire unless it passes our full safety checklist.
