Between Every Hire

Each TENS machine is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between clients using hospital-grade disinfectant on all external surfaces, including:

• Control unit

• Leads and connectors

• Buttons and casing

All machines are tested between hires to ensure they are functioning correctly, with strong output and reliable performance.

Client Responsibilities

To maintain the highest hygiene standards:

• Electrode pads are single-use only and are not reused between clients

• Our electrode pads meet relevant safety standards for consumer TENS use.

• Each client receives their own set of electrodes for personal use

• Used electrodes are disposed of after hire

Storage & Handling

We ask all clients to:

• Use the TENS machine on clean, intact skin only

• Not share electrodes with others

• Return the unit in its case after use

Additional Safety Measures

• Equipment is checked after each return for cleanliness and function

• Any item that cannot be cleaned to standard is removed from circulation

• We do not hire out equipment that shows signs of damage or contamination
